Drain Rooter

When your toilets or sinks are clogged or overflowing, there’s likely a problem with the drain pipes. Most often this is caused by roots in the old clay pipes that so many houses and buildings still have. We fix the problem in the most cost-effective way for you, whether that means a simple rooter approach, using a high-tech video camera inspection to evaluate the condition of your pipes, sewer line repair, or even a complete replacement.

Copper Repiping

All older pipes will begin causing problems at some point. We replace those pipes with copper, simply the most durable piping material around. And we handle any job, from a small repair to a whole-house replacement. We’ll also give you a good referral for a tradesman to patch tiles, wallboard, or other surfaces, should it be necessary.

Water Heaters

Most water heaters last around 7 or 8 years, and should be flushed out every year to keep them operating at peak efficiency. We repair every kind of water heater, from the traditional tanks to the newer tankless water heaters. Having a well-running water heater can save you lots of money in energy costs!

Slab Leaks

When water leaks from pipes under the house, you may feel that the cement slab is hot, or see water seeping up the bottom of a wall. The problem can be very difficult to find, but we use electronic detection equipment to pinpoint the exact location of the trouble. Sometimes the problem can be addressed by simply re-routing the leaky pipeline; other times we must get down to the slab and jackhammer the concrete.

Either way, this situation must be remedied as soon as possible, as slab leaks can cause costly damage to your slab, floors, carpets, walls, and more.

Sewer Video Camera Inspection

When your sewer line is clogged, it’s important to know how severe the problem is, in order to address it in the most efficient way possible. We can send a camera down the sewer line to determine the best approach. Sometimes an entire sewer line replacement is necessary; other times rootering out the plant roots and adding a “clean out” access pipe is a simpler solution.

Sewer Lines Repaired

A clogged or broken sewer line from your house to the main sewer line can cause all kinds of damage, from constantly backed up sinks and toilets to sewage seeping into your yard. We can repair or replace any portion of your sewer line.

Trenchless Sewer Line Replacement

Worried about digging up your entire yard? We don’t have to! We have a special technique that lets us “feed” new sewer pipe in as we replace the old pipe. A small hole at each end of the pipe is all the digging we need to do.

Garbage Disposals

One of the most common problems we see is clogged garbage disposals. If this happens to you, don’t keep running the disposal. And we also don’t advise you to stick your hand down into the unit! Call a professional.

Note: Some items that can foul a disposal are bones (chicken, steak, etc.), shrimp tails, banana skins, coffee ground, rice, and eggshells.

Leaky faucets may seem like a small problem but those little drips can add up! In fact, one leaky faucet can wast more than 150 gallons of water per day. Get the faucet fixed right away and you’ll save money and aggravation.

Common problems with toilets include clogs, leaks, and “phantom flushing” (where your toilet flushes several times a day when no one is around). Either way, we can quickly assess and fix the problem, using anything from a simple adjustment to a complete toilet replacement.
